How Can I Fix This Problem, Bosch Condensor Dryer Model WTE84107GB?

I Have A Bosch Condensor Dryer Model WTE84107GB, that will not heat, or lift the water from the clothes put into it, I have cleaned all the filters and followed the instructions from the booklet supplied when I bought the machine, does any person know what is wrong with it?. Please.
