gilera runner vx?

hi have a vx 125 when i got it it was runnin i resprayed it fixed the light and indicater switches now it wont starts nothing workes only the oil light comes on i have chaned both the relays and still nothin and the fuses are all good if any one can help ill well appreciate it many thanks
