Info re Ford Focus radio/cassette player?

Hi, I have a [not working] '4000RDS radio/cassette player' in my 2000 Focus and need to replace it. Can you please tell me if the '5000RDS Radio Cassette Player CD Changer' will fit the hole - and what is the difference between the 2 models?
