Mend Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler Central Heating Pressure

How can I sort out pressure on my Worcester combi boiler?

The pressure gauge on my Worcester Bosch Combi boiler suddenly shot up to maximum and water was running from the expansion pipe. Even after I turned it off for 12 hours the pressure gauge stayed up at maximum. Does anyone know how I can fix this. The hot water is stil working but I daren't turn on the central heating.
