How can I fix my Kirby G4 it has no power?

I have replaced the power switch and it still wont come on. The power cord is good. Does anyone know if there is a wiring diagram?

Mine has same problem as well ... took it into a registered kirby dealer and they just tried to sell me a new one....
have you managed to fix it yet?
