Mend Neff H5470SO Door Fell Off

Door fell off!?

We have a Neff integrated microwave H5470SO which is 4yrs old. I opened the door and it fell off. We put it back on but it fell off again this time breaking the fastener so we tried to put it back on, now it is stuck on at the fastener but not the hinge. Do we buy a new one or call an engineer? PLease help!
