Citreon berlingo van radio?

The works van is a 54 reg berlingo. The radio is not working, checked all fuses and they are fine, had radio out and all cables are intact and in good order. There is just no power, doesnt even switch on. any help would be appreciated as its killing me not having talk sport or radio 2 to listen too. thanks
