Try looking for the "Number Lock" key.
On my laptop I don't have a number pad like on a PC keyboard, but keys to the righ of the QWERTY keyboard can be made to type numbers by hitting the Number Lock. (u=4, i=5, o=6, p=-, j=1, k=2, l=3, ;=+, m=0,) These are not very easy to use as they are not in a standard layout like a Number Pad, so I don't bother, but I sometimes hit the Number Lock by mistake.
