Mend Vaillant 828/2E Boiler Pressure Error

Vaillant 828/2E How to increase pressure dial reading?

Our system slowly loses pressure approx every 3 months until it shuts down with an error message. Keep getting plumber out and he fixes it but it gets expensive, is it something that I can do myself, I`ve looked in the manual but can`t find any instructions. It`s just above zero now and will shut down soon.

Vaillant Vaillant 828/2E Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Pressure Error

look under the boiler to the right and near the front, you should see a slot for a screwdriver, turn it clock wise you will hear water run in to the boiler once the dial reads 1.5 turn off and boiler should work.
