Gilera DNA 50 Fuel and starting problems please help!!!!!!!!!?

Gilera 50 cc injection should petrol pump out of pump with pipe removed with ignition on.

Got a similar problem, My son's DNA 50 (on a Y pate) has a starting & running problem. Sometimes it'll start 1st time on the button, other times it takes forever, and i mean forever. When running it feels as if it's getting fuel starvation as it will run upto about 45-48mph then splutter to a halt.
There is fuel getting to the engine as when it struggles to fire up I can pour loads of unburnt fuel out of the exhaust or watch it drip out of the air filter housing.
Things we have changed are Carb, fuel pump, inlet manifold, electric choke, plug, piston & rings, air filter, main bearings & crank seals.
It's got to the state that we've changed nearly everything & still can't fathom out the problem.
Next to change is the breather system.
Any thoughts on what to check next as as an engineer in the automotive I'm really stumpped?

hi ive go a dna 50cc and it starts fine but it pulls off slow and it dies and then picks up its like when you open the throtle full open and it dies

I have the same problem. Live in Dublin. 3 garages couldn't fix it. Does anyone know a garage who can fix this problem?

Its the electronic direct injection module what is faulty, This is like a computer which is the same as injection cars have, The injection module simply tells when to inject fuel into the in carb, You need to see a garage so they can run a test on the module. As it seems to be not aligned with the engine
