Air lock?

Recently drained system to replace Grunfos pump. system was then refilled, however the headertank (loft) for the heating system has not refilled leaving me without heating. All radiators have been bleed, and are now empty. I have bled the valve in the loft but still no water feed. Mains have definatly been switched on as I have pressure on the water system. Any ideas please?
