FORD FIESTA FREESTYLE CD ERROR CODE E15?

What does the code E15 mean, is it just simply a dirty laser? It can't read CDs at the moment although it has had a go and then I've changed tracks, it's stopped playing and the error code has appeared again. What's the best product for cleaning the laser? The car's an 02 reg by the way.
