error code 4 on ford mondeo?

E4 code depends on what radio unit you have.

RDS 6006E = focus error:- disc dirty or upsidedown:- try different CD if fault continues replace the radio.

RDS 6000 = overtemp error:- unit is overheating:- check the heater supply pipes for leaks, if none found and fault continues replace the radio
