how do i stop my sky+ remote contolling sky hd box as well ?

Hello I have just had SKY HD installed both boes are in the lounge , sky HD control is fine - but sky + controller operates both boxes at the same time , the enginneer said their is a code to stop the sky + remote operating sky hd box at the same time , my sky + box is a pace model
