Mend Triton Aquatronic 2+ Shower Heating Bathroom

Shower isn't heating up like it used to?

My Triton Aquatronic 2+ shower, caused the Mcb to trip, when i put it back on the water wasn't heating as previously. I have to put the shower onto setting 10 now to get warm water, instead of the previous 5 or 6. What do you think is causing the water not to heat up as it did previously?
