I have full hot and cold water downstairs, but nothing at all to the upstairs taps shower or toilet. I have a combi boiler so hot water adn cold water downstairs works and so does central heating...
sounds like frozen pipes try and trace where the pipes go from the boiler to upstairs a common place for frozen pipes is behind kitchen units especially if there's an air vent behind if this is the case take off the bottom kick board and try and blow warm air under the units
