how do I record from Aiwa Z-D4500M stereo system to my computer?

I have a 2 into 1 jack plug cable that i think connects from audio L & R rec out from my stereo.

The only place i can see for the other jack plug to connect to is into the blue or red female socket on the rear of the computer.

What steps do i follow to be able to transfer tapes and vinyl records?
