Flashing green light next to steam motif ?

I have just cleaned my iron and now the green flashing light has come on, I have pressed restart button but green light is still flashing and the iron is cold it is not heating up. I have lost my instruction manual after having my kitchen painted. The iron is a Tefal Pro Express.
