HOw do I fix my Intek I/C rototiller?

My tiller was running fine and then suddenly stopped. I have draiend the gas and replaced with fresh gas, changed the spark plug. It will start if I spray starting fluid into it but will only run for about 45 secs. then starts to chug and dies. The engine is a Briggs & Stratton 6.0 HP OHV. It has only been used about 35 hrs. since bought new.

If the choke is not in the start position, the carburettor will need to be stripped down and cleaned as it seems like there will be some dirt in one of the small jets inside.
