Mend Bissell ProHeat 2X 2x Will

main part of Bissell ProHeat 2X will not spray?

I keep this thing emaculate. Clean it throughly after every application. While my hose attachment will spray, my main unit at the floor will not spray. I have disassembled it completely, made sure the little plunger under the bladder moves...and, if you push your "pinky" finger up into it water pours out. So, I do NOT think it's the pump, or a plugged hole anywhere. Can you please tell me what I can to to make it spray again?
