Mend CANNON Chichester Gas Main Oven

no gas coming thru to 2nd (main) oven !?

bought a reconditioned CANNON chichester double oven cooker. didnt check main oven for quite some time as i was using the smaller oven above. however when i tried to light it both with the ignition AND with a lighter there was nothing there ! anybody help without it costing less than £102 ??? please !
