Mend Worcester 28i Junior Hot Boiler Cold

hot water tempremental?

the hot water on my 28i junior worcester boiler gos hot to cold when running the hot tap for any length of time ie running a bath it becomes inconsistant . its only 1 year old and had to have the heat exchanger after just 6months . does anyone know o if there is history of problems with this model .please can anybody help
