Mend Peugeot Speedfight Immobiliser Battery Start

SPEEDFIGHT IMMOBILSER?

HAVING BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY,AND CHARGED IT UP.WHEN CONNECTED TO THE BIKE,THE IMMOBILISER FLASHES AS IT SHOULD,AND ONCE IVE PUT THE KEY IN IT GOES SOLID 4 A SECOND AND THEN GOES OUT AS IT SHOULD ALLOWING ME TO START THE BIKE.AFTER A NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IT WILL EVENTUALLY NOT DEACTIVATE AND CARRY ON FLASHING.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM,DO I HAVE TO BYPASS THE IMMOBILISER OR IS THERE A CHEAPER AND EASIER WAY.

hi frank i had the same problem , on speedfights after a long while the cdi / imobiliser goes up the creek , u will need to buy a cdi unit which bypasses the imobiliser .
which i had to do , plug new cdi on and kick it and eventurley it will run again , will take bout 20 for the engine to run clearly
