How can I fix my Hoover A Class fridge freezer?

My Hotpoint FFA71 is set low too and continually freezes at the bottom of the fridge - most annoying as that is for veg - and the back of the fridge. I recently got it looked at and the repair chap found a huge build up of ice at the back of the freezer under the panel which needs to be unscrewed.
Unfortunately this hasn't solved my problem - but may solve yours.
