Mend Hoover A Class Fridge Freezer Setting

How can I fix my Hoover A Class fridge freezer?

My fridge keeps on freezing and we have defrosted it about 3 times in 2 weeks. We have it on 1, the lowest setting. Any ideas what is wrong withi t?

My Hotpoint FFA71 is set low too and continually freezes at the bottom of the fridge - most annoying as that is for veg - and the back of the fridge. I recently got it looked at and the repair chap found a huge build up of ice at the back of the freezer under the panel which needs to be unscrewed.
Unfortunately this hasn't solved my problem - but may solve yours.
