hotpoint mistral fridge freezer fault?

my hotpoint mistral has a fault the freezer is at -22 with no fault but the fridge is at +17 i have tried cleaning the bottom element it was full of fluff and dust used a hoover now spotless but fridge is still at +17 anything else i can look at much appreciated
