The registrar says PPPPPPPPPPPPP. The register is locked, no buttons work,i?

mine do the same, I've tried the 1379 and it did'nt work. Can you perhaps help me with the owners manual for it.

You can try resetting the register using the following procedure:

1) Unplug the register.
2) Turn the key to REG.
3) Hold down the 1, 3, 7 and 9 keys on the keyboard all at the same time.
4) Plug the register in while holding down all four keys. You may need someone to help you do this.
