how do I repair or delete corrupted MSXML3.Dll files in module MSXML3.Dll?

I have Windows 98. I need to know how to repair MSXML3.dll errors or can I just delete them? If they can be deleted, how do I do it? I keep getting this window with a list of MSXML3.dll errors that I cannot close on my desktop. It is so frustrating? Please help.
One example of this is:
1.IExplore caused invalid page fault in module MSXML3.Dll at 015f;749a9f03
2. Internet Explorer caused corrupt file in module MSXML3.Dll within MMSYSTEM.Dll at MSXML3.Dll 0044:00001208
