faulty pcb ghd mk 3.1?

I have a faulty non switch side pcb (dead) in ghd Mk3.1. Can it be repaired?

just get a used one from ebay (louis211) users who repair ghds,will only cost about £5, but it is very rare for one of the pcb to fail are u sure this is the fault
