how do i fix my gas cooker?

my creda gas oven will light but will not increas heat after begining delay time so is permanently on low setting when turned up creda model c15ogw serial number78 1 00096 2000

Creda Creda C15OGW Kitchen Appliances, Gas Cookers Gas Light Heat

The flame faliure device has gone faulty this is a valve with a copper wire off it with a sensor on the end which is on the burner . What this unit does is when you first light the cooker it will come on low untill this sensor is heated up (about 30 secs) then it tells the valve to let the main flow of gas through to the burner.
