How do I change my clock on my Rangemaster 110?

I recall that i found the instuctions somewhere on line about 6 months ago when i had this problem but it was a very involved job. I called out a rangemaster engineer who did it for me, at a price, but as the new oven costs about £1500 it was worth it.
Sorry can't tell you where i found the instructions but a word of advice make sure you get the instructions on how to adjust the time before s/he leaves
