Broken cooker door (and dials)?

My cooker is only a few years old, and 3 of the dials have lost their "spring or whatever mechanism holds them in place. So they wobble between temperatures...you have to guess. This is particularly annoying with the 2 ovens, for getting an acurate temperature.

Furthermore... and this is the big problem, the doors "slot in" and now the little plastic bit that holds up the glass door at the hinge side of the big oven has snapped (and there may be a similar plastic piece missing from the opening underside, those bits were always falling out), and so now it just "slots OUT" every time i open the door and slams on the floor. Can't use it at all.

Any help out there?
