Mend SIME 90 plus Constant Hot Water

How do you get constant hot water? Superb 90 plus SIME?

I have been living in this flat for just over two months and have yet to have a HOT bath. The only way I can get hot water through is the shower hose. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom sink produce hot water but then just as quickly run cold.

This is getting increasingly frustrating can you help please

if its a combi-which i presume it is-and ur heating is ok-it will either be the dhw flowswitch-but if ur gettin hw at first then-very unlikely-maybe temperature sensor (thermistor) or a blocked secondary heat exchanger
