Mend Rover 45 Car Water Garage

how can I fix my rover 45 march 05?

My car is losing water by at least one litre/500miles or 1litre/week. my garage cant resolve the problem even with a diagnosis machine. I bought it in January 2008 with 13,700 miles and it currently has just passed 60,000miles. Can you offer any ideas please?
