Mend Briggs & Stratton Carburettor Lawn Mower Engine

Briggs and Stratton Carburettor?

Does anyone know how to remove a Briggs and Stratton Carburettor. My neighbours mower has a primer button which when pressed stays in so you cannot prime the engine. I am told it needs a new plastic type diaphram but I need to remove the Carb to replace this and cannot see how the Carb is fixed. Any help would be appreciated.
