Mend Servis M6725 Not Long Doesnt

i have a servis m6725, not had it too long and doesn't get used much?

the softner is still in the draw at the end of the cycle, the water drips out of little holes above the draw, i have cleaned all the little holes out and the draw it self and still the softner is still there. please help it is really bothering me.
