Mend Honeywell Accenta G3 Only 2 Make Off

Accenta G3 only 2 zones make the alarm go off?

I have an Accenta G3 Alarm system filled to my house. When I perform the walk through test, all the sensors light up but the control box does not register anything. Only two of the zones will set the alarm off. How do I get the system to recognise all the zones?
