Mend Belling Format Oven Electric Cooker Heat

belling format oven bottom oven does not heat up but fan works?

i have a belling format oven while heating up it tripped the electric off and when i turned it back on the fan works but the bottom oven does not heat up the top oven works fine as well as the grill and hobs help!!
