Stuck on hourglass after wrong removal?
My granddaughter just got an mp3 player and plugged it in to computer. She didnt know about the safley remove hardware button so didnt use when removing it.
Now, when turn it on, it goes to welcome screen and then to a spinning hour glass. Any help?
