Mend Ferroli Tempra18 Water Time Switches

ferroli tempra18 , hot water switching to standby all the time?

when the boiler is on for water only , it switches of to standby all the time,leaving just the bar pressure light flashing , when after about 10 minute it switches on again for a wee while again , the only way to keep it on is to put the heating on as well and it works fine then . but if you switch the heating of it goes off again , any ideas
