Mend Hotpoint TDC30 Dryer Emptied Water

How can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarius condenser tdc30 dryer?

Hello,

I have cleaned all filters, emptied the water, removed and cleaned the condenser unit, but there isn't any heat coming through, I think it's the heater element, how much would the parts cost and could I do the repair myself .
