How to reset Electronic thermostat control onDiplomat Elite?

How do I reset the electronic thermostat on Diplomat Elite intigrated fridge/freezer, model ANF6412? Didn't get operating manual when purchased. What is the correct temperature setting for fridge and freezer compartments?
