Morphy Rishard steam cleaner 1400?
How to attach the large floor brush or the triangular brush to the brush connector? In the manual, it said to push the connector end, holding it upside down, fully into the brush inlet. Then, twist connector 180 degree until it is in place. But mine just won't get to the end.. why?
