Mend Hotpoint VTD00 Hot Cleaned Fluff

hotpoint vtd00 gets hot then trips?

removed covers cleaned out plenty fluff but still trips rcd,runs for about 1 minute firstly then trips after that it trips after about 10 secs,the back cover above the element gets very hot.
