Mend Savin 9113Z We Replace Light

When we replace the toner, the toner light stays on,?

The toner needed to be replaced in the copier and we replaced it. Now the light stays on and we still can't make copies. It is a Savin 9113Z. Is there anyway we can fix it on our own or do we need someone to look at it. We have tried 2 different toner cartridges.
