Mend Chi Repair Dryer Air

Where can I send my (out of warranty) Chi Hairdryer to for repair? ?

My Chi hair dryer will not blow hot air. I want to get it fixed, but it's not under warranty and the company that does the warranty repairs, will not do mine nor can they refer me to anyone else.
