Mend BMW 523i Central Lock Checked

BMW 523i SE?

Rear NS central lock has stopped working. Have checked relevant fuses. Need to remove door inner liner to find fault but cannot as door will not open. Catch 22
Any suggestions?

common fault on vw. sometimes if your lucky bang the door with the side of your fist near the lock without denting it of course. whilst locking and unlocking the car at the same time this may free it off. it will be the door catch that is faulty. you can hit it harder inside ther is nothing to dent but try both. failing that you need to get the interior card off with the door shut and thats a pig have fun.
