Mend Samsung D500 Faulty Button Work

faulty button on my d500 - how to fix?

i have a faulty 'C' button on my d500 does not do anything, plus the down button on the 'ok' pad does not work does anyone know how to fix this or who can fix it. it's very frustrating. thaks in advance
