Mend Leisure Equipment Bottom Front Plastic

Golf Bag?

The bottom of the golf bag buckles and folds which causes the bag to settle down on the front wheels of my trolley. The plastic support sheet has obviously failed and I need to do something but I don't know what. Any suggestions other than get a new golf bag?
