Mend Westwood T1800 Fuse Suddenly Stopped

Westwood T1800 blows fuse?

My Westwood T1800 suddenly stopped and the ignition was dead. I replaced the 10amp fuse, but it blows it as soon as I turn the ignition key. Any Ideas?
Nb I would take it to a dealer, only it is at my house in Ireland and I was hoping to buy the spares required before I go back on the next visit.
