I have just swapped a radiator for a towel heater .when i turned on the water and heating system the pressure was low and can't get water through new towel heater.
Assuming you have drained/part drained system to fit towel heater, you will need to repressurie the system and bleed the air from the new towel rad. It will be worth checking/bleeding the other rads in the heating system aswell.
